Reference Sheet - $250

Comes with front and back view (usually 3/4 view), color palette, and simple info. Styles vary, discuss if you have something specific in mind.Side view may be added on, and flat facing front and back view may be requested.

You are required to read through my terms of service to commission me.
By paying for your commission you are agreeing to these terms. Please read over these terms every time you commission in case there have been changes!

Payment:

- Payment is through PAYPAL invoices (USD)
- I do not accept payment with crypto-currencies, if attempts to pay with such happens I will cancel the order
- FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT (unless discussed otherwise)
- Payment plans must be paid 40% up front and must be paid off in 8 weeks (unless discussed otherwise)
- QUOTES ARE GOOD UP TO 30 DAYS
- Shipping will be paid by the commissioner on traditional pieces

Ordering:

- Use supplied order form when contacting me for a quote
- Prices may go up depending on different reasons,
Examples being: complexity, time frame, props, multiple characters
- Please supply clear and understandable references when ordering
Shaded ref.s are not friendly, and can cause confusion when coloring
- If important information is not displayed on the reference tell me when ordering
- WIP shots are available, please discuss with me, typically I will send one at the sketching stage, depending on the complexity of the piece I may sen done of the lines before coloring
- FIRST TWO (2) requested fixes after coloring are free, additional fixes are subject to a fee
(PLEASE ask about changes at the sketching stage, as altering the work is much harder after lining and coloring.)
- Avoid using confusing words when explaining things, this will save us both time
* Examples: "Beans" can refer to- pawpads and paws in-general. Along with "cutesy" spellings such as: "Chu," "Sorrie," etc.*

Turn-around time:

- Turn-around time is 2 months max, depending on queue
* if you would like a commission finished by a particular date there will be a fee, discuss with me!*
- A queue spot will be made for you after ordering to keep up with your commissions activity, please ask directly if you would like a link

Refund Policy:

After 30 days If I have yet to start on your order, message me and we can work out a return of the full amount purchased.
I will not administer manual refunds before one(1) month after the buyers purchase date. I require 72 hours to issue a refund after it has been requested. Refunds will be given based on what is stated on my public queue
1.) Commission that has not been started can get a 100% refund.
2.) Commission at the sketching stage can get a 50% refund.
3.) Commission at the lining stage can get a 25% refund.
4.) Commission at the coloring stage or after cannot receive a refund of any amount.
- If you are dissatisfied with a commission, please tell me! I will do a few small edits for free. You have 24 hours to express dissatisfaction after the finished piece is sent.
- Piece recreation is not an option. Changes should be discussed during the process - not after completion.
* If you are interested in edits in after completion prices can be discussed as long as I still have access to the files!*

Usage:

- You may not use my work for any commercial purposes unless discussed, commercial fees start at $100
- If you wish to print a commission for personal purposes (displaying, stickers to hand out for free) you are free to do so!
- You may not sell my work as an NFT
- You may not claim my work as your own
- You may not feed my art to AI

I reserve the right to deny OR terminate any commission, without giving explanation
